Ashley Store

We stopped in the Ashley store a few months ago while shopping for a new couch and recliner. Lana was very helpful that day in showing us some options and making some recommendations after we told her what we were looking for in new furniture. We left and shopped some other stores in the area over the next few weeks, but ultimately came back to Ashley. We liked the no pressure approach that Lana had used and wanted to take another look at the couch she had recommended on our first visit. We ended up purchasing the sectional couch and a leather recliner. We have been so pleased with our selections. First of all, it fit the aesthetic of our home, is quite comfortable, sturdy and doesn't move easily. Second, we have 3 large goldens, one of which is a puppy still learning her manners. We've had a couple of mud incidents where the little one came in and jumped on the couch before we could stop her. The couch is everything that Lana described and more. As recommended, I grabbed a damp cloth and literally wiped the mud streaks away, no mess, no stain, looks perfectly fine. Dog Hair, another issue we deal with, vacuums right off. I love the couch so much, I went back right before Christmas, found Lana again and ordered the corner piece to turn my couch into an L-sectional.

Had a great time at Ashley furniture today. They had a big celebration party with a DJ, coffee and crafts. I also found a sofa with the help of Lou. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving Ashley a try. They have a huge show room.

This company is corrupt and you should avoid them at all costs. They do not offer returns or replacements for manufacturer defects but instead circulate damaged returns. They sold me a table with nails sticking out of it. When I requested an exchange, they first made me wait 3 weeks for a technician to come out and see if he could fix it. When the technician realized it was irreparable, he authorized an exchange. Ashley came out on 3 different occasions with a refurbished table that was in worse condition than the one they originally provided. After months of communication and frustration, I am still stuck with nails sticking out of the table. In addition, their delivery team damaged my door frame as they were careless. Ashley's resolution was to send out a very lousy repair man who did not care about the end result and it showed, the gouge and cover up on my door frame remain an eyesore. They will delay you until you are exhausted and just want the nightmare to be over.

Ashley has always been my favorite furniture store. I've always had success with finding good classic sustainable furniture. This time I got to shop with my son. Caleb greeted us as we walked in and didn't give us that hard sales pitch instead explained where items were in the store and allowed us to browse. Although we arrived 30 minutes prior to closing, we didn't feel rushed and was able to fall in love with the perfect sectional. We were pleasantly surprised that it could be delivered within a week. Caleb made this an awesome experience. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the market for furniture.

Extremely Disappointed with Poor Quality Furniture and Misrepresentation. I recently made an investment in purchasing furniture for my bedroom at Ashley Home Store including 2 chests, 2 nightstands, and a dresser with a mirror. However, I am extremely disappointed with the poor quality and the stark difference between the furniture showcased in the showroom and what was delivered to my home. First and foremost, the dresser's height poses a serious safety risk, as it is highly prone to tipping over unless securely anchored to the wall. This poses a significant concern, especially for households with children or pets. The manufacturers should prioritize the design and construction of furniture that prioritizes safety. Furthermore, the functionality of the furniture has been a constant frustration. The top drawer of the dresser is particularly difficult to manage. The drawer frequently gets stuck or jams, making it a cumbersome task to access or store items within it. Additionally, all the drawers do not close properly nor align properly. They often require excessive force to ensure they are fully closed. This lack of attention to detail is simply unacceptable. Another disappointing aspect of the purchased furniture is in the discrepancy between the advertised appearance and the actual product. The knobs on the furniture were advertised as being a beautiful bronze color, yet what was delivered were generic gray knobs. Also, the surface texture and color were totally different than advertised in showroom. This misrepresentation is deceptive and leads one to question the honesty of the company. The overall poor quality of this furniture, coupled with the exorbitant cost leaves me feeling thoroughly dissatisfied with my purchase. I expected a higher level of craftsmanship and attention to detail considering the price paid, but sadly, this was not the case. I urge the company to address these issues promptly and take responsibility for the poor quality and misrepresentation of their products. Future customers deserve better customer service, accurate representation, and furniture that reflects the value they are paying for. In conclusion, the purchasing experience has been marred by the poor quality of the furniture, the risk of tipping due to inadequate design, difficult-to-manage drawers, misaligned closures, and the use of incorrect knobs. I strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider their decision when considering this brand of furniture, as my experience has been unequivocally disappointing and unsatisfactory.
